Narva brand lamps have been well known to us for several decades due to their widespread use in the former USSR. The production of lamps started in 1948 in East German Berlin on the basis of a factory belonging to the famous company Osram and at first it was under a different name. Since 1957, the company has had the familiar name from the combination of the chemical symbols of nitrogen and argon gases used in lamps (N and Ar) and the first letters of the word "vacuum".
In East Germany, Narva, combining several other enterprises, became a large and well-known enterprise of the most diverse quality lamps, which exported its products to almost all countries of the socialist camp.
After German reunification in 1990, the company attracted new investment and expanded both production and sales markets.
Currently, the Narva brand has a stable place in the auto spare parts market among products with the best price-quality ratio. The quality of the brand can also be evidenced by the fact that Narva lamps are among the most counterfeited products, and the best way to avoid them is to buy them from specialized sales outlets. There are official representatives of the company in more than 70 countries of the world, including our country.
