VDO was founded in 1920 by Adolf Schindling with two partners (Frankfurt, Germany). VDO was sold to Continental in 2007.
In a short period of time, the company has managed to become the world's largest supplier of tachometers and other instruments for the automotive industry.
The company supplies various electrical devices to VW, AUDI, SKODA, MERCEDES-BENZ, BMW and other car manufacturers.

- fuel systems of gasoline and diesel cars (electric fuel pumps, fuel level sensors, fuel pumps);
