The ICER company, originally called Materiales de fricción SAE, was founded in Spain in 1961 and soon after received its current name, Industrial Comercial Enrique Ruiz, from the initials of the phrase.
The company, which specializes in the production of brake pads (тормозные колодки) and clutch discs (диски сцепления), achieved its first significant success in 1968, when it designed and began manufacturing brake pads for British Austin cars. Two years later, ICER's products began to be exported to Germany and the USA.
In the last few years, ICER has become the largest European independent manufacturer in its segment, successfully competing with other large companies that had a dominant position in the field.
About 22 million units of braking and clutch auto parts are produced annually in the company's two factories in Spain, which are officially represented in more than 70 countries around the world. Standing out with a profitable quality-price ratio, reliable and long-lasting work, ICER presents itself as a serious and respected brand in the aftermarket.
The ICER brand is officially represented on the Armenian market by Drive Motors.
