Corteco was founded by Corte and Cosso families in 1932, Turin, Italy. In 1996 Corteco joined the German automotive industry giant Freudenberg concern.
Corteco is one of the leading suppliers of components for the Independent Automotive Aftermarket.
Corteco has manufacturing plants / distribution centres in over 15 different countries. The Corteco range of 26,000 spare parts is catalogued into three main products groups: sealingvibration control and cabin air filtration.
They include a number of genuine automotive products widely regarded as classics, such as the Simmerring or micronAir filter. Both were designed and manufactured by Corteco parent company Freudenberg.
Corteco's expertise does not end there.
Valve stem seals, gaskets and engine kits, engine mounts, pulleys, chassis, brake hoses as well as engine intake air filters are also manufactured by the Freudenberg Group and available in the Corteco range.
